Ōlelo pa‘a Faith Ogawa has a distinguished history of culinary excellence in Hawai‘i and beyond. Her creative and healthful flair for Hawai‘i Regional Cuisine has earned her a loyal following, including many Fortune 500 clients and celebrities who visit or reside on the Kohala Coast of Hawai‘i.

Ōlelo pa‘a Faith Ogawa, as her name implies, uses the unique approach of “divine inspiration” for meal, event planning, and preparation. She is ever mindful of the life force of food, with respect for what is right, or “pono” for all concerned; our farmers and fishermen, staff, event locations, (the land) and ultimately the clients she serves.

Born Faith Ogawa on Oahu, this local girl literally had a sweet childhood. She was born and raised on the Waipahu sugar plantation where her multi-generational family worked. Her grandmother was a farmer, and the family grew vegetables and traded for island fish, in the spirit of old Hawai‘i.
