What information I collect
Depending on how you interact with this website, I may collect:

- Your phone number, if you choose to share it
- What you are interested in (for example a Discovery Session, coaching or a speaking engagement) and the message you write to me
- Technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which my hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the website
How the contact form works
When you send a message through the contact form, I store your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), what you are interested in, your message and the date, so that I can reply to you. Your message is also emailed to my business inbox, and you receive one confirmation email with a copy of what you sent. Sending a message does not sign you up for any newsletter.
Free gifts and email updates
When you request a free gift (for example the 3-Minute Journey Within practice), I store your first name, your email address, the date, and where you signed up, so that I can email you the gift. If you ticked the consent box, I may also send you occasional emails with inspiration, recipes, wellness practices and updates. Every email tells you how to unsubscribe, and you can simply reply “unsubscribe” at any time.
How I use your information
I use your information to:
- Respond to your messages and enquiries
- Schedule and provide Discovery Sessions, coaching, experiences, workshops and other services you request
- Manage speaking engagement and media requests
- Keep the website secure and working well
- Meet legal or regulatory obligations where required
Marketing communications
I will only send you newsletters or marketing emails if you have given your consent by ticking the box on a form. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email, using the unsubscribe link where one is provided, or contacting me directly.

Emails you send me are kept in my business email account. Contact-form messages and free-gift sign-ups are stored securely in a database hosted by Cloudflare in Western Europe. I take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure, and I keep it only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. I never sell your personal information.
Third-party service providers
I use a small number of trusted providers to run my business: website hosting and database services (Cloudflare), email delivery for contact-form messages, free gifts and updates (Resend), and my business email provider. They process personal information only as needed to provide their services.
This website links to other sites, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Skool (the Aloha Chef Ohana community) and Amazon. When you visit those sites, their own privacy policies apply.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and its fonts are hosted on this website rather than loaded from third parties. If this changes, I will ask for your consent before placing any non-essential cookies on your device, where required by law.
International visitors
I am based in Hawaiʻi, United States, and I welcome clients and audiences from around the world. If you contact me from outside the United States, including from the European Union or United Kingdom, your information will be processed in the United States and by the service providers listed above. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards are used for these transfers.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information.
